All our products carry a 100% Guarantee. They are either new with sealed tags, or come new in the original manufacturers packaging. They come from a smoke-free, pet-free environment. We also uphold the rules and regulations of the BBB (Better Business Bureau) online. We carry their gold seal of assurance on our website.
RETURNS
Refunds are given as money back/merchandise credit within 30 days after receiving item. Refunds/Credit can only be given for Shining Stars/Kookeys/Ty Girlz/Ty Beanie Babies/ if tag with secret code has not been used, and products are still intact. There are no refunds given for trading cards once they are opened. Please use the Contact Us page first if you need to return any merchandise. Please return items in their own original packaging. We do not pay for return shipping of items unless item is defective.

We ship first class mail the next day after order Mon-Fri. Deadline each day is midnight EST for orders received to be shipped the next business day. We charge the following for total shipping charges.

PRIORITY MAIL
We ship priority mail the next day after order Mon-Fri. Deadline each day is midnight EST for orders received to be shipped the next business day. We charge the following for total shipping charges.

EXPRESS MAIL (OVERNIGHT TO MOST AREAS)
We also offer EXPRESS MAIL which can be shipped the same day Mon-Fri if order is received by midnight EST the night before. A Signature is required on all Overnight Express Mail.
USPS Express Mail (is based on total weight of items in order)
is guaranteed by the USPS in most areas by 12:00pm including PO Boxes, and rural addresses. Some addresses may take 2 days so please check with us if you have any questions. Cut-off time for Express Mail is midnight EST the night before.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery confirmation at no extra charge for First Class, Fedex Ground, Parcel Post, Priority Mail and Express Mail. The tracking number is sent to your e-mail address from info@stamps.com, our postage carrier at the end of each day or the e-mail could come from pamelasboutique@comcast.net. Please make sure we are not considered as Spam Mail.
We are not responsible for lost shipments after USPS delivers them (per confirmation on tracking numbers) i.e. postman leaves them on your doorstep. The following are the steps you should take if you haven't received your shipment.

We will confirm its been shipped.
We confirm with USPS shipment was delivered.
Check with your local post office and your postman.
We cannot replace lost shipments after delivery confirmation has been made by the USPS.
All shipping and handling fees are included in shipping costs.
