Good prices on the Webkinz Charms. Service was fast and sent via USPS Priority Mail. No problems with the items purchased. The only minor problem I had was trying to figure out how to add correctly the items I wanted to my shopping cart. i do a lot of buying online since i am disabled and it is much easier. ever since i discovered pamelas boutique i have been in heaven. i have four children and the youngest is eight so she is into everything...that is impossible to find. her favorite items are webkinz. she is trying to collect an entire set as she says, to give to her daughter when she has one. anyway, her favorite webkinz is her bassett hound and someone had stolen it from her. it is difficult enough finding one let alone in just a few days because my daughter was having surgery and the surgeon promised her that patrick could come into the or to keep her company. when i ordered a new one on pamelas website they called my home to tell me that it would arrive the next day and even sent me an e-mail to make sure that she received the dog. further, because i am disabled and have 3 of 4 children in college i just could not scrape up the extra money to pay for overnight shipping. to that end, pamelas sent patrick the next day with a special handwritten note wishing my daughter well with her surgery. i grew up in a small town in pa. where my father still gets milk delivery and dry cleaning to his house. in todays world it is really hard to find people who take such pride and care in their work and value their relationships with their customers. this is the best store i have ever dealt with and will continue to deal with and further...have recommended their site to everyone i know. and believe me everyone i have told about pamelas was surprised and touched by the note they sent my daughter as i was. thanks for allowing me to praise such wonderful people and believe that honesty, integrity, and sincerity still exists in this mixed up world of ours.
