How Fast is your customer service?

We handle any shipping problems, complaints (if any), add to order requests, or replacements processing usually the same day. We have friendly staff that handle any problem. How can I verify what my shipment costs will be ahead of time?

Besides looking on our shipping page on website, if you choose whichever mail, you can press apply button after choosing one and the correct amount for shipping will appear in the shipping amount at top of page.

I am having problems in finishing my order. What should I do? If you have cached the page (bookmarked it), please refresh that page and try again. When we put in new information into some pages, you will need to refresh your pages, you have bookmarked. This problem doesn't happen all the time. Also check below, in next question, for another answer to this same question. You can also call us at 508-759-2919 if you have any problems ordering.

What do I do if I don't receive e-mail confirmation of my order?

Please contact us by E-Mail to verify the order. Please include your last name use for shipping address. The main reasons e-mail confirmations are not received are; our e-mail to you goes into your spam mail folder; your e-mail was not put in correctly within your order; you accidently unchecked the box that says e-mail me a copy of my order. One other reason is that the order did not complete itself.

To complete your order you must:

Click on Continue at bottom of 1st page. Then on next page click on Send Order at bottom of page and order will be sent. The next thing at bottom of next page you will see is a long confirmation number starting with yhst. If you see that then order has gone through.

Are all of our products new?

Yes they are. All products come straight from those manufacturers with intact sealed tags etc.

Why if I click on small square box next to quantity it isn't adding 1 to quantity so I can add that item to cart?

A solution is to click on the small square box and put your quantity in manually to the right of that box and then when you are done making your selections on that page click on add all selected items. You can also manually change the quantities in your shopping cart on each item.

Why don't the new sales prices show up on my computer screen when I order from you? You are probably viewing an older cache of the page. Please clear out your browser cache and and refresh page again. That should clear up that problem.

Why does the navigation menu bar on left side of pages in website appear at botton of pages?

There is a problem in how the bar appears when you use internet explorer with our website with certain screen resolutions. This will not affect you ordering.

How can I order more than 1 quantity on more than one item at a time?

To order multiple quantities of any items on same product page, please click on each small square box on any item and then in large quantity box put whatever quantity you need of the item.

Why does it only show 5 on my order of an item but I ordered 10?

If you order 10 of an item, and it only shows 5 on your order, that is because we had only 5 left in inventory.

What is this BBB Accredited Seal on your website?

That is the highest seal of approval of the online Better Business Bureau. We are very proud to have received this high honor. We always give our best service to our customers.

What is your policy on returns?

We do not accept returns on Ty Girlz, and Shining Stars if sealed tag has been opened. All other products have a 30 day after purchase return policy. We do not pay for shipping on returns unless items are defective. All returns have to be approved by contacting us first.

What types of shipping do you offer?

(FREE-First Class Mail 5-7 business days, Fedex Ground 1-5 business days,and Parcel Post 1-9 business days. Which one you receive will depend on destination and weight of package.)

The following services are availabe for an additional charge: Priority Mail 2-3 business days, and Overnight Express (to most areas) 1 day-some rural areas 2 days. Call ahead and we will verify express time frame for you.

How fast do we ship?

We ship the next business day Monday-Friday. We ship Express Mail the next day Monday-Friday. Deadline for any shipments is midnight the night before.

Do we have a shipping special?

Yes we do. Free Shipping for all orders. No need to put in any code. It is automatic if you pick fedex ground, first class, or parcel post. Which one you receive will depend on size of shipment and destination.

Do we sell to other retailers?

We sell to other retailers as part of a new project as of 3/3/2008. Most of our products are availabe under this project if they are bought in large quantity. Any retailer has to have a resale number. They can contact us through e-mail and put RETAILER in subject line, and in body of e-mail, which products they are interested in. Do we limit the quantity of any product on purchases?

No.

Do we take preorders?

No. We do not, as we order a large quantity, of all new releases 8 months in advance.

Are we wholesalers of products?

We have started a new project as of 3/3/2008. This project does allow us to sell to retailers. See "Do we sell to other retailers" above.

Are the only products listed on Featured Products Page (home page) the only products we carry?

No. Please Click on the Categories on left side of screen to see all the products in each category.

In the future, will we be carrying more manufacturers’ products?

Yes. We are working with a few companies for some new and exciting products.

Will there be more updates on our website?

We are always updating our website to make things a bit easier to order from us. We are also working on some blogs that will be attached to the website that will bring vast knowledge to all of you concerning all of our products. You will be able to voice your opinions about our products.
